
Choosing just one or two Signature Wedding Cocktails can be such a challenge. You don’t want to choose another simple or boring drink. We’ve compiled a list of 5 Unique Signature Wedding Cocktails that will elevate your day!
Cucumber & Grapefruit Paloma
While a Paloma typically isn’t included in the “unique” wedding cocktails category, this version is! With a cucumber inclusion, this adds a calming element to a drink that usually packs a punch.
To Make this Wedding Cocktail you will need the following:
- 1 shot of Grapefruit Juice
- Grapefruit Slices or Wedges
- ¼ shot of Simple Syrup – some people choose to use agave or honey 🙂
- 1 shot of Sparkling Water
- 1 shot of Tequila
- ½ shot of Lime Juice
- Thinly-Sliced Cucumbers
- Sea Salt or Sugar (for the rim)
- Ice – of course!

P.S – we’re using “a shot” to indicate 1.5 ounces, but feel free to change it to more or less depending on your taste 🙂
- Use the grapefruit wedges to rim the glass, and then coat in either salt or sugar (my preference is salt but feel free to choose!)
- In a shaker combine tequila, sparkling water, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.
- Give it a good shake & pour over ice.
- Garnish with grapefruit slices or wedges & add thinly sliced cucumber.
- Enjoy!!
Pineapple Coconut Pina Colada
The perfect drink for a sunny summer day, this Pineapple Coconut Pina Colada will remind you of your first tropical vacation as a couple.
To Make A Pineapple Coconut Pina Colada, you will need the following:
- ½ shot of Lime Juice
- ½ teaspoon of Sugar
- 2 shots of Coconut Rum (such as Bacardi or Malibu)
- 3 shots of Pineapple Juice
- Pineapple Slices for Garnish
- 1 shot of Coconut Milk
- Ice Cubes – if you want it blended
Follow the below steps to sample this beautiful wedding cocktail! To make this drink blended, you will need a blender on hand.

- Add your ingredients (including ice) to the blender.
- Blitz until smooth or until your desired texture.
- Add Pineapple to garnish your drink!
- *To make this drink shaken, add ingredients to a shaker and then pour over ice*

Raspberry Gimlet
A Gimlet is a super fun and sophisticated drink that will absolutely elevate your drink-game. Typically, they are made with gin (or vodka), lime juice, and water or sparkling water.
For this Raspberry Gimlet, things are going to be slightly more advanced! You will need the following:
- 1 shots of Bombay Dry Gin (any dry gin will work but this is a fan-favorite)
- ½ Shot of Lime Juice
- Fresh Raspberries
- ½ Shot of Simple Syrup
- Ice

- Add ice to your glass to get it nice & chilled.
- Muddle the fresh raspberries & simple syrup in your shaker.
- Add in the lime juice and gin.
- Give it a good shake & strain into your glass.
- Garnish with some more fresh raspberries & you’re good to go!

Strawberry Spritz
Obviously, a very old wedding tradition has been to drink champagne and toast the happy couple. This Strawberry Spritz takes that tradition and puts a new spin on it. Adding a more fruity-taste, this is perfect for anyone who’s not a fan of regular champagne.
For this recipe you will need the following:
- ½ Shot of Strawberry Simple Syrup (I’ve linked one of my favorites, but feel free to make your own!)
- Sparkling Rosé
- Fresh Mint
- Fresh Sliced Strawberries
- Lemon Slices
- Edible Glitter (if that’s something that you want!)
Follow the below steps to sample this beautiful wedding cocktail!

- Add the strawberry simple syrup and sliced strawberries to the bottom of the glass.
- Pour Rosé over them, until it reaches the top of the glass.
- Garnish with your choice of mint, lemon, etc.

Pink Lemonade
A childhood favorite of mine, Pink Lemonade is a classic. This Pink Lemonade cocktail can be made both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to include some of the special people in your life that are sober or don’t drink!
For this recipe you need the following:
To make the Pink Lemonade (batch):
- 1 cup of Watermelon
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 8 cups of cold water
To Make the Pink Lemonade Cocktail (per cup):
- 2 shots of either Vodka or Rum (Tito’s or Malibu are some favorites)
- 1 Shot of Cranberry Juice
- 1 Shot of Lime Juice
- 3 shots of Sprite (or sparkling water)
- Lemon Slices – for garnish
- Cherries – for garnish
- Ice
Follow the below steps to sample this beautiful wedding cocktail! If you’re making this drink non-alcoholic, you can follow all of the steps but do not add Vodka or Rum!

- Blend together watermelon, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 cup of water in a blender or using an immersion blender.
- Strain until only liquid remains then transfer to a pitcher of ice.
- Add the other 7 cups of water to the pitcher.
- In a shaker, combine Vodka (or Rum), Cranberry juice, Lime Juice, Sprite, and ½ to 1 cup of the Pink Lemonade mix.
- Shake well.
- Pour into a glass over ice and garnish with lemon slices and cherries.
- Enjoy!!
